Did you design the kart your self or is it loosely off KJ racing blueprint?

If this was always meant to be a road machine, why didnt you give the front suspension any positive caster?

I'm in Louisiana and we don't have any donor sleds locally. We just have jet skis galore but the crankshafts won't accept primary clutches. Do you have a source that will ship complete power plants?

I'm in same boat... sorry for the pun. Have a seadoo 720 rotax that's raunchy.. trying to figure out drive train.. may weld a Polaris driver right to the pto. Or use pump shaft somehow. Using on narrow atv frame... good luck

Crank case oil is for the transmission only, the crank is lubricated by the oil in the fuel.

There is a way to purge the joystick hydro lines. That will typically solve the delayed controls.
@dmidura7282
@dmidura7282 Жыл бұрын
Locate the first 4 hydro lines under left joystick there are I believe 6 in total. First 2 are forward, 2nd 2 are backwards. Pull the first 2. Crack middle 2. Creep in reverse to purge stagnant oil out and any air. Re-tighten middle two lines. Re-attach front 2 lines and crack them and now creep forward to purge them. Then re-tighten. Oil will likely be dirty since it is stagnant.

Well that's one way to keep the piles from building up! LOL Of course, with tracks you can probably ramp up the piles and dump on the back side. I used to have tracks on my four-wheeler and would do this.
