I'm already relatively bouncy, and always have been most of my life, despite not training consistently. I'm going to do these for a month and see how much more bouncy I can get.

I’m 6’-2” and I’ve never been able to touch the rim. I can barely touch the net. That’s only 1 foot higher than what I can touch flat footed. It’s terrible.

As a 10 year old that dreamed to dunk one day. I just searched the average vertical of a 10 year old which is 9 inches.... After like 3 months im in 13 inches😅 Slowly but surely getting there😅

The weight training worked ,but you needed to be able to transfer your strength faster that’s why we do plyometrics.
