35 years old embassing low vert, right now i am 3inches from the rim. Will update in a few weeks. 2 week update, learning I am old and it hurts the back to jump. Going to try and build up with jump rope for a bit.

If you do plyometrics and weight training I recommend doing plyometrics before you start your lifting so that you're at 100% neural capacity

Hi, Your videos are really helpful. Just one question. For the Depth Jumps and Reactive Hurdle Jumps do I need something that is 16-20 inches? What if I only have something that is 14 inches?

Then, use that until you get something higher. In my experience I've seen folks start lower and build higher, which may be better if you're a novice.

You seem like a chill dude so I hope you answer. I've been training plyos for 3 weeks after a month and a half of kneesovertoes guy leg days. At the first week of my plyo workouts I felt a bit less sore then how I feel in resistance training. But now in my third week I barley feel any soreness after my plyo workouts. I feel like I train at all times at high intensity. Is that something you'd consider normal?

For optimal results I recommend combining plyometrics with a weightlifting routine and progressively overload while on that routine. If you want you could also add Weighted plyo into your routine, up to you
