Meditating upon what God told Abraham to sacrifice his son Isaac has much to do with till we have faces because it debunks all doctrines, we are not here to have success, or become heroes. Our lives do not evolve around ourselves neither our interests, it takes courage to face this fact of human destiny, I fear and tremble because I am afraid to disobey God but I learn to trust in his mercy as I see Jesus hanged on the cross and dying for me, therefore I cannot acuse God

I wish my brain could slow down long enough to meditate on this, I finished Til We Have Faces last week and although I absolutely loved it my mind is not letting me fully process it. This comment gives me some clarity.

I do not understand why people cant get outside the box when envisioning this story being made into a movie. Obviously, due to very common knowledge about mars and venus no modern audience would buy the stories happening on either planet. I know that this removes a certain astrological theme from the story but nevertheless, having the story take place in a distant solar system could be a great starting point to capture peoples curiosity. The theological points made by the trilogy are far more important, interesting and stressed by Mr. Lewis than his world building.

Nice fake trailer, but I don't think this particular story lends itself very well to dramatization. A huge part of the story is simply people talking and debating, which can work on the page when the destiny of a world is at stake, but the audience would eventually be yearning for some action rather than just talking heads. To be sure, we do get action and violence eventually, but I fear many would have walked out of the theater at that point.

Ransom and the Queen are naked during most of the book if I remember correctly. It would not be a family-friendly film like that. Lol.

That's a really cool trailer. The book, however, is mostly expository, which doesn't translate well to the big screen.

Out of The Silent Planet would make a better movie imo, and That Hideous Strength would be trippy as hell. Haha. Edit: Great job, by the way.

I think the easiest one of the three would be That Hideous Strength - only because the first two would require some hefty graphics post-production ..... Well done though :)

I love it! Your vocals and harmonies are beautiful and I love the conversational aspect with nature. The rhythm has a nice upbeat feel as well and that was such a beautiful melody on the violin as well. This was all around really cool with a wonderful video to go along with it. You got a like from me. Keep sharing your talent ❤️❤️❤️ it’s appreciated

No thanx- everything decent made into a film by the one eye sign lot is unwatchable. Ruin the books of lesser writers but not this allegorical masterpiece. Look what they did with LOTR-unrecognisable from the books. This is a great work and requires attention spans rather longer than tik tok fans have and thus will be dumbed down to make it accessible. Leave it alone and make the popular rubbish which does well for you but that we, reciprocally ignore. Film is for you-intellectuality is not and let’s face it- it’s not your forte if i look at history.
