Absolutely gorgeous. We share the same sentiment about creating. Having taken an interest in woodworking I've also realized I don't like sanding, cutting, etc, especially the loadness of machines, yet woodworking is becoming one of my favorite things to do, for me it's the process, designing, building, seeing the end result.

Beautiful piece! I wish someday I'll have access to a real workshop and can do some actual wood working myself. In the mean time i have to live vicariously through amazing creators on social media. ... My only concern is that you only made one 😢😢😢 the silverlining is that you'll have to create a new design when you eventually settle in a larger space and need a pair.

Magnificent! My only comment, is that it seems a little short for standard beds, but I have no doubt that was intended. My second comment, is that your makerspace is waaaaay better than mine. I feel like a pauper.

Great job! I'd love to build something similar, but I don't have the workshop space so it's challenging to do something that takes this long

Really nice work, and great video! I love the look of the finished piece, it contains strong reference to different styles but combines them all without getting muddled, that shows a lot of design smarts. Big thanks for including mistakes & fixes, the humility is appreciated. Cheers! Looking forward to more

Please please use push sticks on the table. My missing fingertip and screwed up nail is a testament to the importance of using them. I had to skip to the end, my ptsd got triggered. Really nice work.

I mean this with totally positive intent - not here to be a troll - but I think you may want to look more carefully at your jointed boards before calling them flat (referencing 2:14 in the video. There was a definite lack of flatness on that piece). Overall the piece turned out fantastic!

This is exactly the kind of video I enjoy. I learned some new techniques, got to know a new woodworker, and I was able to get invested in the project wholly. Good video length! Thoroughly enjoyed it and am definitely subscribing.

I was impressed coming up with the idea for using a multi tool to cut the domino, well done. When joining you need to dry fit them to see if they fit and afterwards you’ll use glue. Well done.

Very nicely done. Though I would have rounded the legs at the top and under the box. The squareness moves the eye away from the beautifully rounded box. One's eye catch on the corner of the legs.

Beautiful work!! And I get whete the need for going the extra mile comes from. Deep down in your soul,, it's the essence of you shouting to come out though the practice of simply creating. It's what we were made to do. Also: i don't get why people hate sanding 😂😂 love it! I lovve using my hand sander ❤

Very nice design! The curved corners and the cove inside plus the legs are terrific. And the grain on the drawer fronts is great. The only thing I could see that would improve it would be to have used undermount slides. The next night table!
