I found that it would not sweeten my coffee using a normal amount and gave me diarrhea. Not worth it. Wasted $20.00!

I’m almost 58 and definitely working towards being in the best shape of my life by the time I hit 60. I eat keto but with higher protein and I lift weights. I seem to be stuck at 23% body fat. Any suggestions? Also what is HRV?

Actually, there’s not one good randomized study showing that more protein equals more muscle. Do you have one you can cite? Same for fish oil. Ugh. I have a whole list of actual good studies showing the evidence. It’s the work out.

1. Can’t do a push up ..never have been able to
@raraavis77822 күн бұрын
Start with an incline pushup. Against your kitchen counter or a sturdy table. Work your way up to 10 and then go to a lower surface. Stairs work really well. Stand in front of a staircase and place your hands on the fourth stair. When you can do that, switch to the third. And so on. You'll be able to do them on the floor in a couple of weeks.
@michelles62812 күн бұрын
Do them against a counter instead of the floor.
@michelelandry67392 күн бұрын
Same for me. I've lifted weights forever, I'm pretty strong. Never been able to do a full pushup...even after building up reps on knees or against wall, etc. etc.

Can you take mitapure w/o creatine?
@jjvirginvideos24 минут бұрын
Hi @heatherhernandez5561 Absolutely, you can take Mitapure without creatine. Mitapure, or Urolithin A, works wonders on its own by revitalizing muscle cells and boosting mitochondrial health. -Team JJ

So my issue is that I too also travel a lot and I pack my supplements and am really great at taking the pill forms of my supplements, but the powdered forms kill me!!! I take your fiber, creatine and protein and just wish you offered pill forms of these….or at least individually packaged units that I could bring when I travel, instead of messy ziploc baggies! Which more often than not explode in my luggage!!!!
