When you failed and flashed ulted, does it deal more damage if you had pressed E too and THEN ulted if it hits obviously? Or does it STOP your balls from all going toward the target? I feel like it DOES?

Yes, after LC if you didn't buy refillable already buying individual potions is too much of a gold delay on ur more important items IMO. One health pot every reset could be like 250g over a laning phase
