Hi king! Will mention that the rune replacing Future's Market seems much better. Cash Back refunding 6% of a completed item's price upon purchasing saves ~800 gold every game to be used on future purchases, so it still lets you hit every item spike earlier than normal, except for your first item spike, because you currently have zero refunded gold to spend on the first item. Future's Market saved time rather than saved gold, since it let you buy an item with 2 or 3 waves worth of gold in pocket less, but charged you 50 gold, which would often get you to be 50 gold short of another purchase later on. Cash Back saves time by straight up making items seem 6% cheaper and doesn't tax you. Spammed a bunch of games with it today and it seems cracked. Also worth mentioning is that Timewarp Tonic was specifically buffed to not take the upfront potion healing out of the healing over time effect. Prior to patch 14.10, TWT would heal you 40% upfront and 60% over time, but now it heals you 40% upfront and 100% over time, so its straight up more healing per potion. Some might argue that it doesn't deserve to take up limited rune space for potions, which you buy maybe five of the entire game, but they make lane phase seemingly impossible to mess up unless you're misplaying wildly or your opponent also has TWT, which I've yet to run into anybody doing.

explain to me the scenarios in which you'd prefer to 1-3-1 or 4-1 when pushing because I don't know which provides what

1-3-1 creates pressure on multiple points of the map which draws a response. If the enemy is unable to respond to your split pusher they will have to force a fight with a numbers advantage on either your 3 stack or your sideline. So generally you 1-3-1 with strong side laners who win 1v1 or survive 1v2 and against a team that can't force engage on your 3 players. If the enemy team has hard engage like malphite ult, ornn ult, vi etc and you 1-3-1 theyll just murder your teammates while you split. 4-1 in this situation creates pressure on a side lane that forces a response while having more safety for your team. If they answer the split push, you win 4v4 or 4v3 if they send two players to answer your 10/0 Jax. You should try to 1-3-1 for resources when you can earlier in the game but as the game progresses you'll be forced to group or your team will die on purpose.
