Ok, but I still don't understand why and when to use the partitive, which situations it must be used and why, I don't understand, so I'll never know how and when to use it in a sentence.

Hi Thanks so much for your videos. They help so much. Can I ask about the word Kieli. It ends in one vowel. But it is treated as if it ends in two. Or am I missing something.

Why need to drop i? sometimes si, even sometimes drop i and add e, like suomi become suome, then add a -> suomea but in vesi drop si -> ve, then add ttä -> vettä

I appreciate your instructional videos, Aija Elg. Discussion is really understandable and clear. I hope there are more examples, Aija, and if you could make a video on how to use tuoda, vieda, and hakea, among other Finnish language topics, I would be very interested in watching and listening. Thank you very much.

Great, but… for example some cities are ”inside places” and some other cities ”outside places”. Like Helsinki -> Helsingissä, but Vantaa -> Vantaalla. To make it even more complicated (or easy?) this seem to be just a domestic problem, all foreign cities are ”inside” cities like Tokiossa or Roomassa. Or am I wrong? 😐

As a Finnish learner this video was truly helpful. However, like you mentioned there are exceptions in this curious language 🥲 like the MIHIN case, I get it that -lle case is for going out/outside but what about places like kuntosali (gym)? You say kuntosalille and not kuntosaliin. So whenever I read/watch a Finnish lesson I can never be 100% sure of the rule's application.
