Fun pages! Hey sometimes red knock is better and more fun😂😂. I hv reverse tweezers and can’t imagine going back to regular ones. I also hv a tool like yours and it’s priceless. I hv to tell you that word Dickers cracks me up 😂. Great stitching 😊. TFS

I have a Xyron & use it all the time for skinny strips & letters. I wondered what you were doing to the letters once you got them out of the Xyron. It looked like you were going over them to press them in or something.

I go over the letter before taking the top sheet off to help with the glue not 'running' out of the letters. If I don't do that sometimes the glue pieces will stick out and just be a big mess.

I love how you did the layout with the small paper pads. I got some for making cards, but then I usually don't use it for that since I tend to make interactive cards and little critter scenes. I also like putting a lot of photos on a page like you did, but I always get my pictures printed by Walgreens as a 4x6. I need to try getting some smaller pictures printed so I can do layouts like this. Looks like your boys are having some good old fashioned fun. I think that's great since a lot of kids just do electronics, and they usually have more fun doing things like this. Your stitching is amazing.

Thank you! I have a playlist on my channel for 6x6 paper pads. So lots of inspiration for using up those paper pads. Also check out Scrapbook Generation, they have a few sketch books for 6x6 paper pads. I own several and they have so many ideas. I get my photos printed at Walgreens or Walmart. However I do have a tutorial on my channel for using the project life app to put multiple photos on a 4x6 photo. It is cheaper than using their service to make the photos smaller. I try to encourage outside activities as much as possible. They would be on their game system all the time if I let them. They need some old fashion fun from time to time. I have not documented anything Covid related except for wearing a mask at Disney when we went after they had opened back up. I need to. It may not have been the best of times, but it was our life for a while.

I haven’t started my Disney Covid stories yet but it is on my list. I have so many stories to tell for that time that involve Disney. It is so true that it wasn’t the best of times but definitely times that need to be documented.

Love the layout! I am a nurse and worked part time in employee health during Covid. I worked all of our vaccination clinics, first for physicians and staff and then for the public. So many people took photos and wanted to document such a monumental event. During this time, I had my eyelids done and couldn’t wear my contacts. The dog had chewed up my old glasses so I went and bought a super cheap pair. I normally have special lenses because my prescription is so strong but didn’t want to spend the money on a quick pair that I normally only wear a few times at night. So I cringe to think how many photos I am smiling at the camera in my coke bottle glasses with 2 black eyes! I think that is the story I will tell with my vaccination photo.

Nice job on the LO, looks great! Lucky you got photos. I don't think I got photos of vaccination and haven't scrapbooked any 2020 yet. I need to bc it is part of my daughter's high school album (and our life). PS could've stitched the big heart or near the vertical stripe papers? Though what do I know, I don't EVER stitch!!

I did a layout of empty shelves in the grocery store during COVID. It’s for our grandson’s scrapbook. I included a 4 page letter explaining how we looked at COVID and how we coped.

Hi Lisa. I really appreciate the details in your wrap up for the month. I hope you are able to tell us about July as well. One of the 'dark side' phases that still troubles my routine is putting things away at the end of the month. At this point I plan to do that at the beginning of every month, then I decide the next batch of stories, then I make up page kits, then I make the pages. Then repeat. Putting supplies and extra photos away are the things that bug me most. Thanks for all you share. Nancy Jo

Thank you, I do plan to continue into July, I have already started filming some of the clips. I think phase 4 is the worst phase as well. My stacks tend to get really big before I put them away. Hopefully this will help me stay more organized.
