I'm in this situation now with my X GF covert Narcissist. I feel such anger n hate toward how she Emotionally used n Abused my Love for her ,and yet at the same time I Feel such Incredible LOVE I felt and maybe still do. I'm in my 60s now n have been around enough ,but can't shake this Dilemma I still feel. It seems to be less intense now after 6 months but I wonder ( Maybe I will always love her n yet hate her too 🤔
@laskarvideoАй бұрын
Many thanks for sharing your story. It sounds like you are going through a really difficult situation. I am sorry to hear about it. It is completely normal to feel anger and hate for how you were treated, but also love for the connection you shared. 6 months is still a relatively fresh wound, and it's ok to take time to process your mixed emotions. Maybe this incredible love you felt was real, but entangled with the with a covert narcissist's manipulation. It is important to separate the genuine love from the unhealthy aspects of the relationship. Healing takes time, and it's a process. Please allow yourself to feel what you need to feel, and be kind to yourself as you work through these emotions. Keep watching our videos and also share your thoughts.

People fear the unknown from a very long time . Because they dont understand whats in there so they r afraid , people r comfortable with the person who is same as them and if they understand the person and tell what he is thinking . Because they dont undestand what a quite person is thinking they r afraid or they r not comfortable around you . Me my sister and my mother are like this . Well i am even more quite always observing when i am anywhere . Sometimes i can go days without talking .

You are telling one of the facts about human nature. I completely agree. People fear the unknown in general. Thanks for your input. Keep sharing your thoughts with us.

Agree. I fucking definitely agree as a man. My ex is trying to find ways to see me and somehow to give me the clarity we need and show me the realisation after we parted ways. I did block her but she has other friends to check up on me. But I'm totally fine now without her. I healed myself thru time work and God. I did what i can do to get myself back up again. And i realised that relationship isn't necessary for men. We can live alone.

1. "Better to be silent and thought a fool than open your mouth and remove all doubt." 2. I remember an interview in which the interviewer seemed genuinely surprised and appreciative when she noticed that the interviewee had the surprising and ultimately charming appearance of not just talking out at random to any question or stimulus, but of taking a moment to consider his response before speaking. It was so unexpected in modern society! 3. I have seen it in action that not responding in tense situations tends to make others blabber ineffectually and sometimes give away their (negative) game. It unnerves people into making mistakes. 4. I have found this sometimes works in violent confrontations too. A raging bully can be set back on his heels, if circumstances are right, by your simply not showing fear. They're looking for fear to let them know they're okay to proceed. When they don't find it, sometimes they have no idea what to do either because they weren't serious in the first place and just wanted you to back down, or because they may fear they have gotten themselves in too deep and may not be able to get out. Conclusion: Being quiet has strong inherent advantages that many do not realize. It provides time to think and plan. It can provide low-pressure time to evaluate a situation and respond in a way that's best for you. It can even unhinge and make weaker and less confident those who want to agress against you -- and sometimes on your schedule rather than theirs.
