Walking briskly also makes one a harder target. Fast walkers are more aware of their surroundings. They are focused.

I walk so fast it feels like I am running...I have to slow down but still walk with intention. I laugh at myself as I walk because I can't slow down.

And last but not least: Fast walkers have double-time more burn-outs than slow walkers due to the stress while fast walking...😉

Hey @swissblader8037! Many many thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts on this topic! 🚶‍♂🚶‍♀You've brought up a really interesting point about the potential correlation between fast walking and burn-outs due to stress. While speed can sometimes indicate a busy lifestyle, it's important to remember that everyone's threshold for stress varies. In the video, we aimed to shed light on various psychological aspects of walking styles without a one-size-fits-all approach. Fast walking might indeed be linked to higher stress levels for some individuals, but for others, it could simply be a reflection of their energetic nature. The key is finding that harmonious balance that works best for each person. Every input is important for us to get more insights on each content we create, and of course, your view is much appreciated in this regard. Stay tuned for more intriguing insights, and as always, keep striding forward at your own pace! 🌟👣

I've walked quickly throughout my life. I have no increased energy, no sense of urgency, no goal orientation, etc. I just happen to walk fast. Seems to me you've made all this crap up.
