bro, this how-to is as abstract as the game. So rushed. Why are you taking wilds with colours? Why discard some tiles in the second stage? How does the drafting work? This is not a how-to, this is a play-through.

Helping dogs is not a competitive business. Its not about who helps the most, its about people caring and coming together to find solutions/better situations. I feel the spirit of the theme is lost as helping dogs should be for a cooperative game.

Great review and playthrough! I heard there are plastic figures out now as well instead of the standees. Can you build as many buildings as you want? Do you need to build the building again if you lose that die or you just recruit the soldier paying the cost? Picked this game up at Essen Spiel.

4:09 Can you declare a 4 over a 10? The rules say "After 10 is declared, a 1, 2 or 3 in the same suit must be declared next."

Did they change the rulebook? I thought the Z tile was a "zwap" tile that allows you to swap any two tiles around the board.

I may misunderstand the rules but can’t a visit only end if either the deck runs out of cards or you run out of cards in hand? So in that second visit you played, after drawing up all of those cards and winning the sixth trick, you’d still have to keep playing until the draw deck ran out or you played all the cards in your hand?

Is this already completed, or is this a kickstarter about to happen?

Great video, I particularly love the "Gingers, Stubbly Haired Dudes" and later the specific identification of "Ace Ventura Pet Detective" Lol. It looks like a great game. It kind of reminds me of Skull King. I think a comparison video of those games could be a good video idea.

Great design from an amazing game designer. This game started as "The Emissary" and is playable with a standard deck of cards - for anyone that is on the fence and wants to try it out. Solo trick-taking isn't super common but it's awesome when done right. I'm working on a solo trick-taker right now but still a work in process, but some good feedback so far :) I also recommend the solo variant for The Crew, it does a pretty good job of keeping the feel of the standard game. Great video, thanks!
