Brock could never get over Moffats 1977 ford 1,2 victory, in the end no one remembers this 1,2 as there's no prizes for second.

Interesting that both these old broadcasts and the early 80s Daytona 500 broadcasts used the "Children of Sanchez" theme. Great song, and an excellent choice!

Thanks for the upload. Were these highlights of the race from the video released for sale? I have a vague memory of renting it from a video library way back then.

Hi. These are from when I recorded on VHS back in the 1980s at home. Not the retail versions. I also have the complete 1984 ATCC which I will upload over the next week or two. Quality is not as great as I want so trying to improve that.

He made a deal with Andrew Harris to take over his Falcon but retired on lap 61 and Harris and his co driver drove a Commodore and finished 10th
