Tried it today...came out so well except that it was too tight...I think it works better when the trousers were loose on you... used a trousers that didn't fit so I think that explains why the skirt was equally skimpy... either than that the tutorial was really really help...hope to try it again on a bigger pants

Just wondering, with the way you stretch the elastic, how do you make sure the ends of the elastic match the end of fabric? I’d be afraid I’d end up finishing sewing the last I and still have some fabric left without the ruching.
