I love Paul's drive to help inform everyone about a healthy lifestyle. I am a nurse practitioner who tries to educate all of my patient's on the importance of diet. However, I am that crazy NP that wants you to stop eating BS and eat real food. The most disheartening subject of it all is the food that people feed their children and it starts from birth. Why is linoleic acid in formula!?! Cheers to you two for coming together to talk about such important topics.

I don’t think anybody is saying it’s only about the glucose five and not to worry about food quality… And I think wearing a continuous glucose monitor is something everybody should do even when they are not diabetic. It allows you to see what foods affect you more than others and adjust your diet accordingly. It also just gives you more insight into your body.this guy is silly

There are two ways in which that argument is to be true: 1. it would be that there is a finite amount of “codependency” available for the ‘women’ for the entirety of the human existence - past and future. And it’s just now that ‘women’ are nearing the end of that supply or 2. That ‘women’ in the present are inherently and directly fatigued solely from the actions of previous generations. Had those generations “conserved” that codependency then, then what, you couldn’t make this video for another 20, 30, 150 years? Or if they used it faster, this video would have been made 10 years ago? Or 50 years ago, this would have been said on the radio rather than a “vlog/podcast”? It’s an absurd argument to make.

Loved the episode and the portion about boundaries and sleep. Made me feel more normal as an entrepreneur that goes to sleep before ALL of her friends and values sleep. As someone that uses carbs (not fats) for energy, would love to see pics of what a typical eating day looks like for Greg. Would also love to see the masterpiece that Lulu eats - because the pups want nutrition inspiration too!

I can tell you why! Women are not to be in a leadership role so in them decision making is not ingrained and they look for someone to lead them (Men) Men on the other hand have leadership ingrained in them and are looking for someone to sustain them (women).

The first part was a fact. The second was an assumption. You assumed it's good for you because because it " removes 90% of pesticides in your blood." But how much is the total? It could be a negligible amount that the kidneys and liver are very capable of removing from your body. We eat so many harmful substances every day in negligible amounts that the body clears with no issue. You shouldn't assume stuff about your body and proceed to waste your money based on an assumption. Varify your information from a doctor who can read the studies critically and not just the title like you did here.

Organic is not just without pesticides its also without fertiliser (that's not rated organic. If there is any animal waste in the fertiliser than the diet of the animals also has to be organic). There is also an area around an organic field that cannot use pesticides or fertiliser, incase there is contamination. It takes more land to grow organic food and the yield is often less than non organic which is why there is a Premium. More time/effort/resource = more cost.

Do the men that go out hunting to feed the tribe to take care of the village do less than the women? As if the men's job is done when they're done hunting then they come home to honeydews women know when they're hungry. This is the same as men. We just say we're hungry and then we eat women. Have to think about it and make it complicated if you're hungry eat

Somewhere deep in our psyche, we have this well rooted (false) idea that eating red meat is “unladylike” and it’s more “appropriate” for our “delicate” selves to eat lean poultry and fish. No idea where it came from, but as beef, bacon, butter and chicken wing based as I am and embrace, it’s definitely in my own deep psyche. It’s so absurd. I do wonder if even good grass fed raw milk is more appropriate for men than women… 🤔

Mari I heard you almost at the end say you cannot grow your buttocks. Here is how. Get some weights and do sumo squats with your toes pointed outwards as far as you can and go down as slow as possible count 2 seconds and go up. Try 3-4 sets of 10-12 maybe 15 not sure how high you go with weights that would depend on how you feel about them. And follow renaissance periodization Dr Israetel is awesome at explaining slow eccentric for 20-30% more hypertrophy.

Technically speaking the reason why government/big companies/big pharma like to steal money 🤷🏻‍♂️ so every single recommendation leaves out the benefits of our end and demonizes animal based food sources and the two big meat packers have been slowly trimming cattle ranches because we only get up 1.50-2.80 a lb then these people that grow it might get up to 5 per lb then duck is over at 10-30lb depending on the marbling sadly.
