Just honestly wanting to understand… are these only too look at like a piece of art? Or do they have a deeper meaning? They are beautiful. And I want to create one from my heart

This was more of a long artistic advertisement than an instructional video, but you obviously know what you're doing.

Awesome camera-work to whomever did that. (Not that these balls aren't awesome but I have no idea of clay-balls even tho they are beautiful and make me wanna play in the dirt as an adult again).

Not sure why I only now learn of this, and why it's getting recommended to me. But this seems like an awesome meditative thing to do! I wonder if you could answer some questions this long after the video. How long do these dorodango last? As in, if I make one now, will it essentially be crumbled, rotten, or otherwise not in a good condition in a year, or does that take years? Or, if sealed with wax, do they last forever?

Wouldn't the plastic on just the floor push the moisture into the walls? If adding dampcourse I would have thought it needed to go under the walls as well as the floor?
