Nice effort. How did you go about sourcing your music? Avoiding YT rights issues seems pretty important.
@FaerodynMotoАй бұрын
I've learned a few tricks over the years for music on YT: 1.) KZfaq's royalty free music channel 2.) Find KZfaqrs that do instrumental covers of songs with all original instrument recordings/sound samples, no original sound clips or sampling. 3.) Heavily altered remixes of popular songs. 4) Classical music is seldom ever scrutinized the way other music is. 5.) Sometimes finding music from small time or obscure TV shows/movies won't get my videos flagged. The "theme song" I use for all my videos, for example, is the theme song from an old comedy TV show "Titus".

I think it depends on what you want. It's a great way to get the most performance out of your bike, but if you are planning on trading it for a bigger bike you might want to just save the money for the new bike. The work itself isn't hard, it just takes a little while to complete. I think the hardest part was just keeping track of all the screws and bolts and putting them all back correctly. 😂

@FaerodynMoto I am planning to install 2 Spal fan on my KTM RC 390. I noticed that in your video that you removed the fan pin from the spal connecter and then move the fan pin to the KTM connecter. Can i connect 4 pins in the same connecter (positive postive pair) and ( negative negative pair), will that work? Or do i need to cut the wires and solider them?
@FaerodynMoto3 ай бұрын
I can't remember if there was enough room in the stock wiring harness to fit 2 wire leads into each slot or not, but you might want to be careful: you'd be putting double the load on a circuit that's only meant to power 1 fan. You might end up shorting the fuse, or the fans might not spin at the proper RPM to move the volume of air through the radiator that you would need to keep the bike cool. You might have to run a second power lead wire to the second fan.

Oh, that's a really nice bike! I would imagine you could, but I also know those bikes have a lot of tech on them that can detect changes like that and might cause issues. I would suggest talking to a service technician either from a Ducati dealership or from your local motorcycle mechanic shop and see what advice they can give you first before doing any mods to your exhaust. Also check your local laws to see if it is legal, just in case.

Why shoud we hold left axial nut while tightening right axial nut?
@FaerodynMoto6 ай бұрын
The one on the left is actually the spindle that goes through the center of the wheel, the one on the right is a separate nut that screws on. When loose: they could both spin while you are trying to tighten it. Holding the left side just ensures that it tightens down without spinning.

@Vadermoto7 ай бұрын
Bro to push the claimed amount of power, you need to have different internals (basically a built engine) no way stock internals push that hard cuz you would damage the piston heads instantly. Also your headers are stock with the cat on so, its basically not 60hp shd be in the ballpark of 45-47hp at the wheel (50hp at crank).
@FaerodynMoto7 ай бұрын
🤔 Hmmm... Makes sense, you could run into those kinds of problems on a car or truck if you heavily modify the power output on stock internals... Still, seems kind of weak for a bike that boasts "Ready To Race". I'd love to see what it's actually making, I just need to look into a motorcycle shop near me that has a Dyno to test it out.

I've found most catalytic converters are sold as universal exhaust parts. It's up to us consumers to know what size (diameter) we need for our exhaust and have it welded in place (or weld it ourselves if we know how). Most motorcycle aftermarket exhausts don't come with one, but some do.

Hello, does keeping the airbox open give a noticeable difference? Because some people saying opening it decreases the air compression into the engine because excess air escapes... I'm new to this modification so I don't know what to do... Would appreciate the help.
@FaerodynMoto9 ай бұрын
Since opening the air box was the very first modification I made to the bike, I did not notice any performance change other than the sound. If you still use a filter and the correct bracket to hold the filter in place, there shouldn't be any air leaks or decrease in performance. In my research, I found that the length of the stock tube leading from the throttle body up to the air box itself was specifically designed to increase torque and that you should not replace it with a cone filter unless you don't mind losing some torque. Once you get an aftermarket exhaust (and a proper tune) then you should notice more of an increase in power having thr air box open than you would with the airbox still closed. Just make sure when you open the air box that you either cut the top off of the air box lid and still use the stock air box lid (like I did), or else get an aftermarket bracket that will still hold the filter in place and make a seal.
