same here, cigeratte buds, sometimes dog shit (luckily not happening in my balcony) but there some insensitive people, still a decent sized gated community has many perks, kids post school classes/activites are done here only and they can go on their own, 750sqft is too small, 1250sqft 2bhk super built(900 sqft carpet) is std, if you are going to have a family with 2 kids and older parents take a leap of faith and buy 3bhk/3.5bhk earliest, as prices are going to go up only.
