First Bangalore population don’t just include IT employees Second there are many couples who have less expenses just because they choose lower rent away from so called IT hubs… WFH so IT require more comforts 🙄 Third the harsh truth - Bangalore is costly because of IT people

Good info. Expense mainly depends on once life style and how they want to live. With today’s inflation 50K is quite ok in city like Bengaluru but, if we include kids education then need to add 12K to 16k per month extra for each kid…we are family of 6, including my father, mother and 2 kids and 2 dogs, mostly our expenses will touch 50k every month excluding school fee and other emergency expenses though we are staying in our own House.

- internet can be cheaper like excitel or any local wifi try 3month first to check service in locality. then pay full year once. you will have 400 to 500 pm for 200mbps - Dmart is good but I mostly use flipkart groceries. cause We didnt have 4 wheeler so that will cost me auto price. - Bangalore is full of restaurant but very very less tasty foods. Mostly I search Andhra restaurant for good food. - Netflix in 550 ?? how ??

Hi , I’m planning on semi retiring in Bengaluru next year for 6 months and then returning home for 6 months. Is it possible I could rent an apartment there for 6 months at a time or is there only yearly leases ? My budget is 60k rupees a month as a solo traveller . Any help you provide is appreciated . Thank you. New sub .
