My son started doing PFD PT and messed up his neck during an exercise. The docs told him to stop the PT altogether. But I think he just did it wrong and/ or needs neck support

PFD and its relation to the neck. When doing PFD exercises, my son messed up his neck and doctors told him to stop the exercises. But he still has major PFD problems.

My son has been treated by a chiropractor for cervical misalignment and we’re 90% sure he also has PFD. He’s been miserable for 2 1/2 years. 😢

My son went to PT a few times for PFD, and did something that hurt his neck. So they told him to stop PT. But he still has major problems. I’m thinking he just did it wrong and needs to try again.

Your videos are the best! Was able to repair my posture, breathing & PFD with the resets at Original Strength - breathing, head nods, rocking, rolling, & crawling. Was hard to buy totally into at 1st but I had persistent sciatica & nothing else worked. I was stuck in anterior pelvic tilt for years with alot of tension in my trunk. I consciously lowered my ribs all the time but my breathing was stuck in flight or fight. So thankful that I don't even give it a thought any more. OS is based totally on reflexive strength so nothing cognitive in terms of alignment. The head nods were so powerful in resetting my whole back which led to my pelvis placement & my breathing. Looking forward to their certification. All the best!

Hi can you please show us solutions regarding someone suffering from anismus. I'm currently unable to feel the urge to poop and i can feel the tip of poop in the colon close to the rectum its not relaxing allowing poop to come out. Any exercises will be very helpful.
