hey B, so after you let it cool completely (there should be not heat at all from the cooking process) you add in amabele and warm water, this will make the texture more like amagehu or porridge runny enough to drink without a spoon. then set it aside in a warn place or sun...

when ugogo explains it is that the raw Umthombo is to steep the sorghum which will quicken the fermentation process that will give a sweetness without adding yeast - i hope this helps
