Traditional beer, a staple in traditional ceremonies as its is used as a medium of communication, in this vlog join me as a share on one out of two ways I learned how to make tradition beer. Be on the look out for part two and the ever so important Tips and protocols video on making traditional beer. Hit the notification button so you don't miss a thing.
Ingredients:
Water
King Kong - amabele/ Umthombo 4.5kg
White maize meal 10 kg (you may end up using less)
Monati / Umoja 750g
-all the above are based on the quantity we made, this is an art more than a science so we eye balled it really
Disclaimer:
I did not put any subtittles as the essence of what was being said would have been lost or incorrectly translated however I have tried to put the instruction in as clearly as possible.
