Been to sal in 2021. They just finished new paving on the main street. But i must say: If they can get rid of the agressive souvenir salesmen then... the salt spa & the fusion kitchen was impressive. But my 3 cell plan doesnt cover cabo verde.

Strange how this didn’t happen the the anglosphere countries. I guess there is something inherent to English speaking peoples that makes them less corrupt.

I’m from Cape Verde and I really agree. But, in my view, since the end COVID-19 period, the country is discretely facing many problems and the newest generation a anything but promising and pathetic.

Sure it's high but it is the smoothist water I've tried. It obviously has no significant taste it just water after all. The texture is all that is different. Also not all bottled water is the same, I drink tap and any bottle water except for the really cheap store brand bottled water... It's as if I can taste the plastic of the bottle in the water with those...

I am a Chadian. When Chad adopted that flag. Romania still a part of Soviet Union, the flag was no longer representing Romania. By the fall of USSR when Romania became independant then they adopted back their ancient color. So here is the problem.

I think there's one country in Africa which did manage to resist the resource curse to some extent, and that's Botswana. I think that was primarily because said resources (mainly high quality diamonds) were discovered when Botswana already had a stable government, just after independence.

I genuinly hope that Saudi Arabia does not find a way to make itself relevant in the future. Their leaders are some of the most awful people on Earth, ruling with a terrible ideology. Hopefully they will be as relevant as any other desert nation on Earth. The world needs to forget the evils of KSA.
