one thing i had to adjust to after playing deep for like 700 hrs is that its not parry based but u still need to parry. its more like an arcade fighter where u just gotta learn frames cuz all moves are stupid. parrying is still super important but it doesnt mean its your turn, u just gotta experience the game more and youll get better fs just like anything else🙏

I think your biggest problem is that you play too passively. You wait for your opponent to stop attacking before going offensive. Like we you dodged that fast fang in the first match, you should've acted. 2:20 And when you start getting momentum, sometimes you panic and don't continue the combo 2:30 Or when you landed the mirror earlier, and let him run away without applying much pressure. 1:27 At the end of the day i think its a few issues. It could be a reaction time thing. You probably didn't expect to dodge that fast fang, for example. Or didn't anticipate landing flash in the second example. Yeah you need to go on the parry training ark and movement ark and you using ice wrong when you use shurikens you need to put pressure while its auto tracing and use your counter more ❤

run lightning or duality, they are prob easiest to use shikais in the game also these are best speed moves: dropping fang, waterfall dance, fast fang, spectre step, floating strikes, time cut, and any of the sbs are viable for me longsword is a really janky weapon to use, id rather use greatsword or spear
