Haha of course can't compare to those high-end hotels/chains. You're paying really expensive dim sum and getting really high-quality dim sum. This Foo Hing dim sum is considerably affordable for it's good quality too.

Nowadays any Tom dick and harry's chicken rice from Malaysia also call themselves Hainanese chicken rice. 😂😂😂 Good authentic Hainanese chicken rice must have that gelatinous skin that can only be achieved by dipping the chicken into ice water immediately after cooking.

The background music is louder than his voice, so insensible.
@andychong90377 ай бұрын
I can hear his words well enough. Even so, that doesn't mean the creator is insensible. You could have word it more politely for the creator for future feedback. For all you know, the creator spent hours filming for this uncle and help promote uncle's business for free. Be kind and polite with your words, don't be insensible.

The claypot chicken rice taste good and appetising when cooked with charcoal. I like the pork stomach boiled in hot and steamy furnace with the herbs. It extracts out the taste. Keep up the excellent work rate on this channel ❤

Shi Yue Tian claypot chicken rice is unique for using traditional clay charcoal stoves. The sizzling sound of rice soaked in a homemade special sauce, along with a mix of Chinese sausages, chicken, ginger, salted fish, and spring onions, promises a satisfying experience. The restaurant distinguishes itself by offering 12 flavorful double-boiled soups, such as Watercress Soup and Pork Belly Soup. Despite slightly above-average prices, these soups are rich and generously filled with ingredients. Shi Yue Tian Claypot Chicken Rice Shop is a noteworthy choice for delicious and nostalgic claypot chicken rice, with the waiting time justified by affordable and comforting meals. 👨🏼🍳 Merchant: Shi Yue Tian Claypot Chicken Rice Shop 📍 Location: 11, Jalan 23, Taman Bukit Kuchai, 47100 Puchong, Selangor maps.app.goo.gl/26k1MeLJrYeEo... 🕛 Hours: Everyday (4.10PM - 9.30PM)
