I love this channel and this game. I found this channel when I had covid a couple years ago and let me tell ya, you pretty much got me through. Your voice is relaxing enough to fall asleep to but your content is also inspiring enough to have given me something constructive to do when I was awake. Yea tbh it took so long to build this. I do think many people who got this made them into multiple apartments. I do say. It took along time. Hours….it’s very time consuming.

@ 33.37 .... Variant has 2 icons, your left one is lit up in blue(left side), the one next to it is the right(mirrored) for the right side of the balcany. I searched many KZfaq videos to figure that out. Hope that helps.

i love your channel on youtube. but the balcony on grandpa's summer surprise it had two different sizes one the ends the small one was the left side and the other picture was on the same page was the right side. but your channel helps me with my house flipper game too. so i wanted to thank you for your help peaceful streaming. keep up the good work with everything.

I’ve played House Flipper since it was released. I don’t like this DLC. I was super excited with how fun it sounded, nothing but problems. I’ve done about 6 jobs, and it has shown me almost nothing new. I’ve earned a single skill point. There are so many new jobs that don’t even do anything new. All around, this has been disappointing.

I had to laugh at myself when I went in that barn. I started cleaning the perimeter then went to jump over the "fence" to clean the middle 🤦‍♀️😂

It took me forever to realize there was a "variant" of the balcony end! It’s too bad you didn’t just leave it to finish up later. Like me, you probably would have figured it out later.
