It took me forever to realize there was a "variant" of the balcony end! It’s too bad you didn’t just leave it to finish up later. Like me, you probably would have figured it out later.

i love your channel on youtube. but the balcony on grandpa's summer surprise it had two different sizes one the ends the small one was the left side and the other picture was on the same page was the right side. but your channel helps me with my house flipper game too. so i wanted to thank you for your help peaceful streaming. keep up the good work with everything.

@ 33.37 .... Variant has 2 icons, your left one is lit up in blue(left side), the one next to it is the right(mirrored) for the right side of the balcany. I searched many KZfaq videos to figure that out. Hope that helps.

You just need to switch the side of it. It's above where you choose the colors

I’ve played House Flipper since it was released. I don’t like this DLC. I was super excited with how fun it sounded, nothing but problems. I’ve done about 6 jobs, and it has shown me almost nothing new. I’ve earned a single skill point. There are so many new jobs that don’t even do anything new. All around, this has been disappointing.
