this stupid thing this controller must be embedded inside any AP then then router is the VPN gate for this whole system but TPlink prefers to put it separate for some reason.!

I feel like the entire "home server" community has never seen or heard the word "deluge" outside of the context of software. It's pronounced "dell-yoogzhe". Or at worst "dell-yuge". We borrowed the word from French.

Great video. Also…. NASA has used vibration plates like this one for their astronauts when they return from an extended stay in space…. To build back their bone loss. I bought one just for that very reason. I am on a drug that steals my bone because it steals my estrogen…… so…. Now I have to do resistance training and I do it on this vibration plate. I hope my next bone density report comes back good!

Emporia is just a start up with 30 bros that do a very mediocre business. They treat employees like sh1t, discriminate immigrants and women. I worked there for more than a year, was treated like sh1t, they laid me off for no reason and my goal now is to destroy their reputation. Why? Because this is what bros' deserve. Sh1i people making sh1i business. Buy another brand. Emporia is POOR QUALITY.

To add media to your Plex server, you need know the best video formats for Plex first. • Container: MP4 • Codec: H.264 video (30fps or less, [email protected] or lower, reference frames 5 or less) • Audio: AAC 2.0 audio (320kbps or lower) • Resolution: 720p or 1080p • Aspect ratio: 16:9 So if your bunch of videos are not in above parameters, you can run your media through a video transcoding tool like DumboFab Video Converter to make these videos more compatible with Plex. As a simple video transcoding and compressing software, this program features high efficiency and seamless conversion.

What do you think is the best Database Cache Size (MB) in Settings/Library? It's automatically set to 40 on my server. I have a 13000 movie DB if that info helps. THANKS Brother!!

Plex can no longer transcode to RAM, only cache. Sadly this option went away about the time this video came out.

Yeah I'm thinking of doing the same - have my physical collection 4K, but my digital collection just be 1080p/standard bluray versions of those same movies. That would be to share with friends and when I'm not at home. When I am home just grab the disc. I don't see the point in wasting all the resources.

I know this is an old vid but unfortunately my year and a half old A7III just started looping and no matter what buttons you push it still just bootloops with a red light that blinks like 9 times before it just stops. The camera lens is zoom in and out too as if im doing it. I guess I have to find a shop in the time being to see what the issue is.

Jason, I love your "Get it Done" mentality, but you'll save yourself so much headache if you would take a moment to pause and think before YOLO'ing. I had an old timer tell me once, "If you don't have time to do it right today, what makes you think you'll have time to do it again tomorrow." Love the channel man. You're doing some wild stuff.

nothing will be able to beat a gas powered inverter generator when the lights go out. They are cheap easy to start and put out a LOT more power for a lot longer time.
@MikeSmith-lx9jg26 күн бұрын
why would anyone spend that type of money for a power station when you can buy a 200 dollar cyber power UPS and then get a small inverter generator for like 500 bucks. You only need the power when lights go out for say a hour or two. in that time you can run a cord and crank the small generator that you plug your ups back up to. Also Lithium batteries have got really cheap. You can get a LFP 100 amp hour battery now for 150 bucks add a inverter say 1000 watt inverter from Amazon for 70 bucks and boom you have a back up for your UPS that will keep ya running a long time.

Dude, write it out on paper. I've been upgrading my home network and I drew it out on paper my ideas then I walked through them with 2 additional friends. During the course of my running the network lines. I ended up changing things up because of some type of thing I ran into and what not. Then go back and edit your paper and have the same 2 friends review everything. I know it's a pain but it keeps you honest from making stupid mistakes. I've been exactly where you're at so many times when I was like "oh, let's do this" then you realize you did something stupid.
