Fun fact. Martin Luther was chronically constipated. Given his preoccupation with sin and guilt that led him to the belief in salvation by grace alone, we can accurately say that the entire Protestant reformation and all of the resulting religious wars happened because one guy struggled to take a proper shit

Beauty is not about what the body looks like but what it feels like ! The entire humanity has a wrong perspective and perception of what beauty is. Qajar was the symbol of beauty for a reason, that there must not be any shame in how God created them. There's no ugly nor beautiful! If you were to ask and question "What is beauty?" then think about what you really know about beauty ? True beauty is the ultimate acceptance of who you are ! Total confidence of your original divine creation and meaning of life. A woman has 1000 surgeries on her body and is considered a role model for the present youngsters. Do you think the ones who modify themselves by the surgeries and insane amounts of makeup are considered beautiful? The hell no! Because they want to be accepted by the others as industry standards ! It's nothing but fornication to God.

While it can be a luxury to isolate yourself, many cultures required women to isolate themselves during their menstruation because it was ‘unclean’ and ‘dirty.’ I can imagine some women feeling lonely and begging for attention. They probably had food placed outside the door to avoid interacting with one on their cycle lol it’s funny but terrible

Was it all because of volcanoes? Cuz we still have those today. I know the plague wasn't caused by volcanoes but some other disease could hitch-hike the famine to take advantage of humanity's compromised immune systems. The governments of the world should create a massive, distributed food vault, with enough food to last 10 years, at the same time, constantly donating food from this bank that's within one year of the expiration date. We would reduce world hunger now and we'd be prepared against volcanoes (plus whatever else could have caused the period of darkness, cold, and failing crops mentioned in this video)

One of the last big patriarchal concepts to still be in use ... and we hear so little about! Love to add the phrase "urinary leash" to my vocabulary. Let's normalize equal releaving rights, customs and norms across the genders

So, from what I've heard from similar videos/podcasts, women used to pee standing up... and I don't mean squatting. Standing. With the development of increasingly convenient alternatives, it stopped being something that women taught their daughters, and eventually it became forgotten almost completely. But yeah, it's something that can still be learned, should you be so inclined. Shout out to the Brainfood podcast- which I desperately wish had more episodes
