The best! Did this and it was SO HARD because i weigh 140 pounds, and im not used to doing much physical stuff, but i finally decided to lose weight and eat better for my health and my own confidence. I'm gonna keep doing this because it felt so good to stretch and a bit challenging as a beginner.
