Ppfh- halfway through trying to do the sexy model plan with this workout I was like. "I'm working out twice tomorrow... I choose to quit." I'll do this again tomorrow instead of the Tuesday workout and push finishing a day later.

hey hailey, im working out with your videos since an very long time and lost about 7kg with your workouts. I would love to see an video on how to lose fat around the knees. i believe that many people have this problem to get rid of the fat around their knees (me too) so i think that not only i would be happy to see that ❤❤❤

I said I’d do it before but got lazy so now I’m doing it Day 1 - June 8, 2024: ✅ the moves were so abstract and unique unlike what I’ve done before. Day 2 - June 9, 2024: ✅ This was a lot better today, I enjoyed it. Day 3 - June 10, 2024: ✅ I walked 6 miles today but I felt unmotivated Day 4 - June 11, 2024: ✅ I did half but still proud I'm going to walk 9 miles ro get 15K steps Day 5 - June 12, 2024: ✅ I usually skip airsquat because I only felt it in my obliques but today I did it and it burnt so much! Day 6 - June 13, 2024: ✅ I almost tried to excuse this one but I held together! I walked 6 miles today and I have been stretching. Every 7 days I will update how my legs look! Day 7 - June 14, 2024: ✅ I walked 7miles JUST for day 7! My thigh is 52.7cm and my upper thigh is 58! Day 8 - June 15, 2024: ✅ I walked 6.1 miles today, I can definitely see a difference and my thighs are looks slimmer! Day 9 - June 16, 2024: ✅ Happy Father’s Day! I walked 8 miles and I love my results! Day 10 - June 17, 2024: ✅ I felt really unmotivated but pushed through! Day 11 - June 18, 2024: ✅ I’m ready to push on to 3

Doing this until I get the results I want! Day 1-✅ no change but it’s only the first day! Day 2-✅ I did it twice today just for fun! I felt a little sore the first time but I am glad I did it! I will update tomorrow! Day 3-✅ only did this once today and also did an ab workout! I was real feeling the burn and was pretty sore but I pushed through it because I know it will be worth it later! Day 4-✅today was pretty easy and I am already feeling lighter and seeing some results! Day 5-(skipping every 5 days)

@@peytonryle3809 got a little unmotivated and only did it for four days so not much changed lol. I do see a little difference though so if you continue this workout I think you will definitely see the results you want!

Doing this workout for 18 days!! Day 1 : ✅ done!! I find that these inner workout excercies never burn but these burned so bad! Day 2 : ✅ I also did 12k steps today! Day 3 : ✅ didn’t walk much today Day 4 : ✅ my inner thighs are starting to get slimmer / I did 6k steps Day 5 : ✅I did 3.5k steps , not alot but atleast i moved my legs! Day 6 : ✅ did it quite late! Day 7 : ✅ Day 8 : ✅ I don’t know if I see results or I’m just delusional

Will do this for about 3 weeks Day 1-✅ my legs are shaking😅 Day 2-✅ My legs are still shaking at the last set😅 Day 3-✅ So tired but worth it💖💖💖 Day 4-✅ staying strong💪 almost 1 week 3days moreee🎉🎉 Day 5-✅ the workout is much more bearable than from day 1😊🎉🎉 Day 6-✅ doing great so proud of myselfff🎉😊😊😊😊 Day 7-✅1 week streak!!!😊😊 Day 8-✅ did this 2 days later i was soo busy😢 did this twice this time tho😊😊

Okay guys I'm going to do this workout for 2 week 2 times a day and Mabey I will do some cardio besides Start L thigh is 56 cm R thigh is 57 cm Day 1: ✅✅ Day 2: ✅✅ i also did the slim leg strech (from her acc) Day 3:✅✅ i also had Dance practice and Spinning today Day 4:✅✅ and I had spinning today Day 5: ✅✅ I had dance practice too Day 6:✅✅ I did today also some Zumba Day 7:✅✅ An update because half of it is already done, Okay so I noticed that my lower thighs are thinner (I didn't measure that at the beginning oops) But my left thigh is now 55.5 cm and my right thigh is 55 cm Day 8 :✅✅ Day 9 : ✅✅ I also had spinning today Day 10:✅✅ I also had dance practice Day 11:✅✅ Day 12:✅✅ I had dance practice too Day 13:✅✅ I had again dance practice Day 14:✅✅ Today was the last day. And my left thigh is 54 cm and my right thigh is 53.3 cm. I didn't do an diet so I think if you will do an diet you will Mabey lose some more.

I enjoyed your workout, Hailey. BUT I was shocked to see you post the graphic and verbally tell people to get into a SWASTIKA position as opposed to simply using, "90-degree leg positioning". I do not think that symbol should EVER be used for anything! As you may or may not know, it became the Hitler-adopted symbol for Nazi hate and the killing of 13 million innocent beings during WWII, yikes! Pls. change and I will be happy to sing your praises. Thanks.

I agree! I am very surprised that Hailey never reached out either - very disappointing. I cannot recommend her workouts without her acknowledging the comment and removing the symbol from the video along with her verbal, audible reference to it. Not good.
