Thank you for making such a clear connection between the written and played. It's funny how such simple things can trip you up if you don't have the missing piece!😊

Fabulous. Lots of versions out and Justin has done the work to sort it all out and make it playable on one guitar. Very clean.

If you keep your thumb for playing the B string, then use your First & Second fingers for playing the E string you will find you dont need the up & down movement in the wrist and you will be able to play it faster than Knophler 😀 Enjoy

This is probably the best solution. I tried cutting a bigger hole in the strap, but as you said, it does't feel as secure as the original size. However, I don't really understand why the guitar company would make a guitar with two different sizes of holding strapping points, when the original/standard model was perfectly good and universal.

i find the G chord so easy, to the point that I'm genuinely taken aback that people struggle with it. D and C chords on the other hand feel literally impossible for me.

What I really struggle with standing is angle of pick attack. Alternate picking isn’t a problem for me sitting down since the strings are parallel with the floor. But because they are angled up when standing, my pick kinda slides across the strings instead of picking down and it causes my spacial awareness of other strings to get lost. The only way I can kind of compensate is bending and rolling my wrist so I can get my pick attack more parallel. Is there a better or proper technique that I should implement to adjust to that?

How do you execute that little pull off trick in the C-chord (E Note, second fret D string)? It looks like a mid chord strike of just the E note with the added pull off before proceeding for a full chord. Is that how you are getting that sound? Exceptional tone on the second position D-Chord.

Justin, you are right about this being difficult and feeling like it is impossible. I feel like I have fat fingers and finger placement is very important and difficult. Thanks for the reassuring words and I like the talk about making small bursts of practice instead of focusing for an hour and really hurting the fingers and wrist from holding the position. 2 Thumbs up!
