Both of Dalton's 007 endings always gives me happy nostalgic chills for their music. 😊

They should have done what writer/creator Shane Black wanted. Let Riggs die a hero and end it here with #2. Numbers 3 and 4 were money grabs.

I know many Bond films by heart. The most recent one - frankly I can't name it didn't see it. To each his own but I'm done with greatness being taken over by the Instagram film makers. Content with the old stuff.

I'm my only the 1 person on earth who said at the time. This is the song that should be the intro. To this movie, come on, Jesus Christ. The song that everything James Bond about it, you know, the Trump of the sex, everything and? It's just James Bond.Let's put it that way leave enough said.

The ONLY thing that is worth in this awful, disgusting cartoon: the end credits. And this is only because Peabo Bryson's voice!

Such memories! Saw this when it was releaed in 1989 in Limerick's "Central Studio" cinema, a year before it closed in 1990. Had queued up half an hour before to be sure I could get a ticket. Just 22 and a half years old and finding my way after leaving home 2 years earlier. Young and innocent with the world in front of me. Have this movie on DVD and still view it occasionally to relive those times. Timothy Dalton was one of my favourite Bond characters. Great end sequences to this movie and its prececessor "The Living Daylights".

Great memories whenever I watch this on DVD; saw it for the first time in Galway's Claddagh Palace cinema, on the approach to Salthill (where I had seen 'Watership Down' in 1979 as a 12 1/2 year old, featuring Art Garfunkel's 'Bright Eyes' ); - now demolished and just bland apartments on the site. Was just approaching 21years old and on the cusp of leaving home and independence. Drove there in my Dad's 1979 VW Golf MK1 diesel - had just learnt to drive and passed my test shortly afterwards. Good times - still get a kick out of watching this movie.

the way the two guitars play back and forth throughout the song (especially in the end solo) represents two friends talking, like how riggs and murtaugh are talking in the final scene
