I wonder if the oil change and an additive will help to reduce the emissions or maybe is something else?

Nice disclaimer :)) . I recently changed all engine+gerabox mounts . I made the mistake of not supporting the engine when i changed the upper 'hidraulic' mount . The engine did sag and twist a bit . No big issue , but without an M10 threaded rod i could not pull the engine back in its place . -I could , but i would have to lift it up again , put on stands again , remove engine cover and mount a small hidraulic jack on the bottom of the engine somwhere . Problem is...:) :D , i already did this for the gearbox mount , and i was hoping to simply change the upper mounts one by one... That was a mistake ... So if anyone reads this , save yourself 2 hours and keep the car and engine jacked all the way . The lower mount and the upper rear left can be changed without jacking the engine . Another important bit is the necessity of some small crowbars , can be as simple as a pipe - for the lower mount , as you don't have enough space for good leverage , you will understand when you get under the car...:D . In retrospect a Crowfoot wrench would have been really useful for the upper 'hidraulic' mount -as you don't have enough space from the coolant expansion tank. All in all straightforward procedure .

Thinking of swapping it for the Ali one today as I leave them at work and load them into my car if and when I need to do maintenance so chucking the 34kg one about will be hard compared to the 19kg one (I've not opened it) The main reason I upgraded is because it's got the foot lift which the Ali one doesn't have?

I noticed after that I didn’t need to unscrew the central tunnel, I did need to remove the seats and carpet as the pipes were corroded and I could not get the old cables out.
