Kind of amazing how often Joel flubbed his lines back then. He still messed up here and then toward the end of his run on the show, but definitely not as often as in the first couple of seasons.

Mike as Winky is one of the best skits they ever did. This episode overall is one of their best.

In my early days of MST3K, I used to think that this was a boring episode (I just wanted more sci fi monster movie type of films). But years later, I think it’s become one of my favorites. Truly lives up to the “so bad it’s good” genre.

Just to let you know, the movie hijinks begins at 13:20.

This rivals Manos as the best MST.

There IS no "Genesis 4:32." Chapter 4 only goes up to verse 26. The verse they mean is Genesis 6:4 and the giants they're referring to are the "Nephilim."
