My account got locked for no reason. I just got a new laptop and i created a new account Microsoft account like 3-4 days ago so i dont have enough information for recovery. On the information website after i fill the form its saying you didnt give enough information. Also there is no next button so i cant even receive the code on my mobile number

Microsoft won't text me the code or give me the secondary email option like it's done for years. Instead, I'm forced to fill out the same regurgitated form which does nothing. Fix yourselves or I'll have no choice but to switch over all of my email to a new Google address.

@Microsoft Helps I was having issue adding Named Location using IPv6, but when I used CIDR notation /64 I was able to add it. I am yet to test outcome of my actions. Is this the correct way to add IPv6 address for Named Locations or not. Please make a video regarding this as well. Thanks!

Hello, I know these issues aren't typically addressed here, but for the past 1-1.5 years, all I can do is cry and constantly try, to no avail. About 10 years ago, when I was in the 2nd grade, my father created a Hotmail account for me to set up a Facebook account. I've been using this email since I was a child, and I created accounts everywhere with this email. I continued to use my email securely and without issues, but about 1.5 to 2 years ago, I woke up one morning to find that I had been automatically logged out of my account, and I was asked for verification codes. My account wasn't hacked. The password hadn't been changed. The same password is still in place, but because this email was created 10 years ago, I didn't know the recovery email, nor was I using the phone number from that year. I still don't have access to my account. Despite providing all the necessary information for the account, I am continually rejected with an automated response. I am not a robot; I don't remember every detail word for word. I am the only person trying to recover this email. Since I lost access to the account, no one else has logged in. Why do you keep rejecting me on the grounds of security? I can send you my ID. You can see the name and surname on the ID match the email address I cannot access. Since I lost access, no one has logged in, and no one else is trying to recover it because I am the owner of the account. Not being able to access an email address that holds my memories, my childhood, and my accounts makes me feel helpless and sad. Please read this message and help me. I have not given up on you so far, and I have consistently used Microsoft products. I want to continue using them happily in the future. Please help me regain access to my account.

It's possible that your pen needs to have its firmware updated if it's not charging when using the Surface Pro Signature Keyboard or the USB-charging base. Here's how to do it: Connect your charging accessory to your Surface. Place your pen in the storage area. Select Start > Settings > Windows Updates > Check for updates, then install any available updates. Keep your accessory connected until the update finishes. You might need to restart your PC. As far as I’m aware, there isn’t a power light in the surface pro x 2. the light on the power adapter is solid white when it’s plugged in, just like normal 3. I have tried to connect an external monitor, tried waking using the space bar on the type cover, and all the combinations of buttons mentioned in the video

Hello Microsoft team, two days ago I created an account in Microsoft because I needed it in the game Minecraft.. So I created the account and the account was created like every time, but today I had a problem.. Minecraft has logged me out of my account because my account is blocked. When I go to the account to type the security code because it is blocked.. it says to me “An error occurred” or “This verification method does not work now.
