You guys really do not know business who back clowns like Ryan Kelly and his bullshit take. Why did they add the UFL...to bring more opportunities for guys to put in work, while stars want to get paid and do nothing else. College players are not as good these past 3 years, so many bust and teams cutting their draft picks. Why did they start NFL Europe, Australia, Africa, South America? Because we are growing the game and the season to more games. They are adding more teams within the next 3 years

Ryan Kelly needs to retire. Getting paid millions to pay football and cry about everything. I can't wait til they add new teams and allow all these players from the other continents to get playing. They will annihilate all these punks who cry about everything. You get hurt, you get your ass back up and play. You're injured you get your ass to the medical staff until cleared. Don't take took long or you will get replaced just like any damn job in the world. Lawrence stop backing these players

so how u gonna stop joe mixon if u don't bring anybody into box, if u stack to stop mixon u can not man cover , diggs, dell, and collings and shults,also our defense is totally different, they have gotten bigger in the middle and faster at linebacker texans defense was injured that second game, and our online was never at full strength last year, if AR doesn't learn to be accurate and try to run all the time , he won't be beating anyone. Ar is gonna be like a rookie, cause he gonna see things he hasn't seen, Cj has seen the fire.

I don't understand why people think drafting a QB was a bad idea for ATL. That is a shrewd move imo. They "should" be set for 15 years. Once KC's 2 guaranteed years are up l'd let there be a real QB competition.

I'm glad your 'back' or at least found some fun watching. But damn... already bringing the extreme words and such. You don't have to do that with this stuff, it's why most hate Stephen A.

The Texans got better the Colts didn't do anything but add a couple rookies... I'm getting sick of Ballard rewarding players year after year when they haven't won anything... Ballard manages the team with his heart instead of his brain.. at some point this roster needs to be shaken up... I think if the Colts fail to make the playoffs this season its time for Ballard to go... his dogmatic approach to building from the inside out through the draft hasn't worked... doing the same thing over and over expecting different results is the definition of insanity...

initial thoughts, being optimistic, without much thought 1st loss vs Jags (idiot Colt fans start talking about SB sleeper with the strong start) L slump vs Miami, Texans, Vikings, Bills, Jets, Lions (vikings being the L we complain about well past the game) (idiot fans flip out, pull a 180, talk about how mediocre the team is, the roster is, and the fire Ballard torches get lit) Finish 5 W streak, sweep Tenn. 10-7 Colts 10-7 Jags 9-8 Texans 6-11 Tenn

I could absolutely care less about 'publicity'. Why do you give a shit? It does not help us at all. The only thing that primetime games help is for out-of-market fans, as the Colt 1pm is generally not the national broadcast generally the regional choice.

I used to be a bigger Pacers fan than Colts fan back in the day. I'm remember the glory days in the 90's when Pacers-Knicks was arguably the most intense rivalry in the NBA. They both might have won multiple championships if wasn't for Michael Jordan and the Bulls. This brings me back.

Same as you Lawrence! First and foremost a Colts fan but our current day Pacers team is fun to watch and the players are very likable. Over the past few weeks I’ve heard and seen support for the Pacers from Steichen, Ballard and AR. It’s great to see our local sports teams supporting each other. I don’t want to jinx them but it wouldn’t surprise me if the Pacers win the series.

I vote yes Owen! You always do a great job with your Colts material and I'm sure it will be the same with the Pacers. Also, I noticed that the Fever will be on Nat'L TV Tuesday night too with their WNBA season opener with Caitlin Clark. You might keep an eye on that too. This will be an interesting day Tuesday night.

Don't get too carried away with these stats. The Bench scoring vs Knick scoring was not equal in the 3rd quarter. The bench only scored 2 points after that graphic was put up on tv about 27 Knicks - 27 Indy bench score. And actually, it was Toppin who scored right after that stat was up so 27-29 Pacers bench. However, the rest of the scoring was by the starters. So halftime was 41-29. Officiating still sucks, ESPN announcers sucked, NBA just sucks. They took the best game in the 80s and completely ruined it. Basketball is in my blood, I'm from Indiana after all, but I just can't seem to care much anymore. The quality of the game has diminished so much it's damn near unwatchable. I fully understand your reasoning about not watching since the Reggie days. It's hard to ignore playoffs though, so I fully understand that too. I'm in the same boat with ya. Except for Turner being a favorite. I don't dislike Turner, and certainly don't hate on him like that Stirling fella does. I think if you watch a few more games though your opinion will shift. Never really a bad thing to mention hometown teams. I was interested to see what your take was. But, I will say if it's not your thing, don't water down what you're already doing. Your Colt content is generally top of the local heap.

Tree or Jelani could be monsters this year. Pierce is due if AR can stay on the field. Mitchell should get some looks but needs time.

I'm not going to take the cop out and say richardson so here's my top 3. Granson - AR loved throwing him the Ball in pre season/ regular. Helps being a wr body in a te that's really good at blocking. Pierce- like you alluded he was open downfield on many occasions and needs a big arm to unlock him. He needs to work on catching and expanding his game to be fully unlocked. Will fries- I know an o lineman but yr 2 under Sparano Jr and added competition I think he can go from back end of middle of the pact to high end and make this unit the best in the league.
@LawrenceOwen

Fries made his jump last year IMO. Going from bad his rookie season to middle of the pack last year is great IMO. I think he get's even better, but maybe not top 5. Performing like Glowinski did on this line, gives the Colts a top 3 o-line IMO.

But is Pierce really a 'good' reciever if he needs a good qb to show off his skills? I feel that even if pierce has break out numbers he won't be considered a good WR for this very reason. I hope we re-sign him cuz whoever gives him that second contract will get a really great deal.

Ok so top 3 1. Josh Downs 2. MPJ 3. Richardson We have now seen what Josh Downs can do in the league. Playing a full season and with Richardson having him as a safety blanket, I think he will have over 70 receptions, over 1,000 yards, 10 or more touchdowns. Michael Pittman JR has progressed better and better no matter who is throwing him the ball. With Richardson now feeding him, I expect over 100 receptions, 1,400 yards, and 12 or more touchdowns Richardson should be ready to command the offense. I do not expect him to not run, that is a part of his game and we will need his legs moving the chains to extend drives. He has a full arsenal of weapons, a smart offensive head coach, and an O line we can only hope plays as well as it did last season.

BUTTERFINGERS PIERCE?? Lawrence you are going to need to see a doctor lol. Mitchell should be WR2 week 1. I like Pierce in a WR4 role a lot better. My breakout candidate is Josh Downs. He will have 1,000 yards and 10 or more touchdowns.
