I live on a farm. There are working dogs. The cats and the dogs all love each other. On hot days the dogs like to take themselves off for a swim. It's not unusual for 2 cats to follow. They usually only go in when its really hot - dogs will go in at any time of the year.

The title was perfect. I could have used more clips of him doing the same thing over and over. But once was good too. I'd had a cat that hated water. She climbed up on my head when I walked across a gushing stream with her. So any cat jumping into water surprises me.

I've lost count how many times I have watched this, but only just now it occurred to me... maybe this time Dash was thinking he could make the distance to the jetty in one leap when he lost traction as he jumped only to belly flop into the drink and turned it into a swim to the jetty hoping no one would notice his oopsie!

After years of lessons, I still swim like an epileptic salmon, barely any forward motion, while a cat, even first time in the water, zooms about like a U-boat hunting down a allied ship!
