Was looking for a setup where my pump intake is NOT the dirty water. This is Brilliant, by the time the water gets to the pump, it has already passed through the filter medium - you are a genius. Thank you. 🙏 🏆

Was able to easily connect my Akai to my Android. iPhone - sorry it says it draws too much power. As usual the iPhone is more complicated or can’t work. I probably need a special “adapter” to run the power as well. Drives me nuts.

UniSeal FTW every time. Mine never leak on rounded Bulkheads. Lately I have been experimenting with HDPE 4" pipe with good results. Using 3M90 for friction fits in wet time-of-application.

Will a pond plant container with small holes work or do you just want the water to enter from the top ?

It will probably work, but the reason I like the water to enter from the top is because then the water has the longest path to travel, through the lava rocks, to reach the pump at the bottom, making sure that the water passes through as many lava rocks as possible.

Awesome! Just a heads up, the one that I showed on screen apparently wasn't labeled correctly on amazon so I removed the link. If you can, try to find a 1/4" TRS to 1/8" TRRS adapter from a different seller or store

No audio engineer calls the pop windscreen a clown nose. Only amateurs do that. also, I would not recommend putting your audio receiver right on top of your audio interface in your home studio. That can possibly create part of the extra quiet white noise you’re hearing in the background.

I would suggest fitting a bottom drain for easy maintenance of the filter.

Hi there Aquamigo!! How about creating an irregular sort of stacked random stone topper on top of the rear side wall so the return pipes are a bit hidden and spurt out between stones.

Hi Aquamigo! Yes I like that idea! I also was thinking of an idea similar to yours, where I have the pipe coming through a block on top of the wall or something, like kind of a small extension of the wall
