Got mine exploded in my hand recently without the pin being pulled and striker is far back. I suspect that it was the rubber not holding it in properly; when I jumped, probably the c02 cartridge jumped and hit the striker too. Well as i was going to throw it, i noticed that it's bulging and it exploded right at my face with bbs. Good thing i had a face shield protection (since was wearing a fast helmet replica) but my middle finger, index finger and thumb hurt so bad. Maybe a good fix for that is another stopper? That happened to me after 4-5 uses. EDIT: oh sheez this was on 2013 my bad but yeah i still use it xD

Okay man I went to check out my stator and the 3 yellow wires were ripped so I respliced them and put it back together fully charged my battery and now the motor has trouble spinning or cycling, no the starter isint hung up, (sv650) btw it’s got a rod that goes through the gear to the fly wheel and starter, it’s acting like the battery is still dead.

Oh I do have 750 Suzuki 2007 I just changed the waterpump.. and when I started it won't start no lights and ignition light off..so but when I jumba to my car the lights go on and start beautifully ..and when I took of the jumba is dead ...idk wats wrong with it

I have the same problem with my 1100 w and i could not figure it out fully charged battery, drive and start with no problem, headlight started too dim down and would not start anymore.

Good video, but I have question….anyone experience no tension in the clutch cable after arranging the plates like in the video? I seen another video saying there’s a more specific way to put a few of the plates in.

GREAT VIDEO!!! I have a 07 Gsxr 600 and my bike died on me last night, and I plan on replacing my stator and my rectifier. I am not sure what the issue might be. I found out that the 30amp fuse blew, and as soon as it was replaced it blew again immediately. So if I do have a bad stator or rectifier, I will be using this video to replace them myself. thank you. you have a new sub. Salute.
