Did you sneak into the band store? Where did you get all these instruments!? Beautifully played by the way!
@evanbonannomusic14 күн бұрын
This video has been a subconscious goal of mine since about 8th grade! I have been lucky enough to come into possession of most of these instruments over the years from buying some of them and being gifted some others by people who wont use them anymore. Minus the percussion, baritone, and contra alto clarinet they are all my instruments!

Made it just a few hours ago so I'm not sure what to name it yet. The name I used as a filler title for the project was "By the Beach". I'm open to suggestions!
@drtsprt20 күн бұрын
It may be a corny suggestion, but I think you should call it "Beach Me!" a play on the expression 'beats me.') Just a thought. Nice job, I really enjoyed it!

@zpleaked5211 I believe the more common way of playing a double pedal Bb is done in 7th position but I found it really isn't much different for me to play it in 1st. It also allows me to play even lower if I'm really focusing on extreme low range sometimes

Simply put so you don't have to waste too much time, how does one do this (like record it)? Do you just run a met and record them all and line them up?
@evanbonannomusic5 ай бұрын
I just ran a met for this one. Usually I'll have a midi mockup I'll use as a backing track but I just read the sheet music down and recorded for every track on this project.
@evanbonannomusic5 ай бұрын
For stuff like this honestly to not waste too much time recording it helps best to learn all the parts relatively well ahead of time. Normally when I record I just sightread and play what I've written without practicing but there were a few tricky sections in some of these parts that it helped to work out the day earlier

Most of them I own and have at home with me. Some are borrowed from my school that I have at home to record with since I'm the only one who plays them. And lastly some I just recorded in school (mainly percussion).
