If I was a successful musician I’m not sure I’d want to be political at shows. That would pretty much make me lose half my fans right there.

Just shows how dumbed down musically people are today. I would never pay that much money to see impostors.

I saw the band or what was left of it on their Foreigner 4 your. They were great. I'm not into tribute bands or bands with 1 original member left

It's a disgrace that these musicians are called Foreigner.

Saw Foreigner / Journey/ Night Ranger in 2011. I was fully aware how many original members were in each band. Each were very good. Just like Foghat. Only one original member in the band. Original bassist is alive but not in the band. The other two original members are long deceased. Foghat recently put out new album and it spent many weeks on the blues chart.

A very boring album. There is more to guitar playing just playing fast, as Ritchie and Steve always proved. In my mind, not a good album at all!! They've been my favorite band for over 50 years so I hate to be negative!!

We have been conditioned to pay more and get less across the board. I saw Foreigner on the Double Vision tour. Whomever was working the soundboard should have been "retired". So disappointed...Only topped by Aerosmith on Live Bootleg and they were drugged out... 😎😎

That is why I don't like Springsteen and Young and the Stones and especially Utwo at least Dylan tells you who he really works for.😮

It’s an absolute joke! They are nothing but a band that plays Foreigner songs.

I guess these so-called celebrities forget that they’re nothing more than the modern day court jester like a dancing bear or a dildo for entertainment purposes only not to be taken seriously because we don’t care now get up there and sing and dance like you’re supposed to!

When old bands become brands and products and music industry money making nostalgia machines it's time to stop going to concerts and listen to the albums at home on the stereo . More so when only one original member is in the band . l saw most of the great bands in the 70's and early 80's and the ones that are still going l would'nt cross the road to see even if you gave me a free ticket . Yes , Tull , Purple , AC/DC etc were great in their day but old age pensioner and Grandad Rock and Roll is pathetic at best , embarrassing at worst

It’s amazing how greed can tear people apart. I get that songwriters get songwriting royalties; that’s the incentive to write great, popular songs. But if you’re a band, be a band and divide the performance proceeds up evenly to everyone.
@jimwillis2318Күн бұрын
I have to say without the original band members it’s genuine anymore. Queensryche is another band that is starting down that road. With only 2 members left and after Geoff Tate left it’s not the same. I already consider that tribute once Geoff left

Interesting info on John's simple guitar and vocal intro. They must have had a ball recording this song. A Day in the Life is absolutely one of their best!

It’s simply rude to pull the rug out from under your fans. If you tell people you’re going to do a music concert/theatre experience/whatever it is, then give them that. Ditto for the Academy Awards, sports, and all the rest. I’m not paying to hear your opinions about politics; I’m paying to hear music.

Gillan saying the "three bands" as if his band and Sabbath were on the same ground as Zeppelin. Zeppelin beats both of them combined on all counts regardless of the criteria you use, this is out of question.
