My wife and I went up to the Green in May from the Dallas area. We used a guide and had a rough day.....but we saw enough to know that place is amazing. We saw some spots we wanted to check out on our way in from SLC too! I want to get back up and do some fishing around Utah.

Time of year plays a big role there. Early morning we had a black caddis hatch, mid morning - afternoon we had a pmd hatch. Otherwise we had success on scuds and worms!

By far! Has more trout than any other stream in the US per square mile and when the average size is between 18 and 22 inches it's really hard to beat!

I caught what I thought were some of the strangest looking trout up there years ago while hiking with a youth group. Looked it up later when I got home. They were Golden Trout indeed. Caught more fish than I could count. Will never forget it. Love your vids!
