hi, www.jula.no/catalog/bygg-og-maling/beslag/innretningsbeslag/skyvedorsbeslag/ I think you only get them in Norway and sweden, but the same type can be found everywhere, The woodfiller is just some cheap normal one i found someplace :D Use whatever you can get ur hands one. thats really cool, hopefully it will work as you envision soon, the only thing I would be slightly weary of myself is the electronics being susceptible to moisture build up, but its probably just paranoia on my part.
@FlokrollProjects4 ай бұрын
Thnx for watching and yeah i am a bit unsure about the leds right above the aquarium, the other electronics are far enough away and kinda closed off from the water. Paranoia can be good when dealing with electronics :D

I found your video about 2 days too late, but early enough for my next project! I don't know why, but I've never thought about using a straight edge in that way!
@FlokrollProjects5 ай бұрын
hehe, sry for that :D blame youtube... and hehe again, the straight edge trick is maybe not the best way of doing it, but it works. What did you make btw?
@trolltaker5 ай бұрын
@@FlokrollProjects I made a hexagonal mahogany box, and constructed the top out of 6 triangles. I think next time, though, I'll use your trick to make a template, then just cut the triangles out roughly and use the template on the router table to refine them.

Excellent. It would be nice to somehow make it more modular for when you change or evolve your kit. That way when you change an item, you dont have to remake the entire thing. You would be able to just pop out a pice and remake the small compartment.

Yes, i totally agree, the powerbank broke down, and its hard to find a new one with the same specs :D Thinking about making a 100%modilar one as you said

A well thought out build, with nice surface details. I like the 'natural' appearance of MDF on a well made project like your desk, so I would've probably finished it with some sort of clear-coat, like amber Shellac.

Hello Jan, I appreciate you for sharing your knowledge about building shelves and so, I built one myself long ago and I really enjoyed doing that book shelve. I just let you know that none of your websites are functioning. I would like to see more videos. On another note, it may sound critical but the skull on your main channel does not cause a good impression to attract viewers to watch your video, especially when you can demonstrate such a great skill in carpentry. Again, I thank you for sharing your knowledge and skills in this field.
