Hello I taken surgery before 3 months but I can't urinate properly and stucking and frequent urination any tell me the reasons and how to cure please 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 I facing lots of thoughts suicidal please I am 23 years old 😢😢😢😢😢😢lot of people enjoy but i am suffering

Been suffering since 1989. Been at level 3 and 4 for the past 15 years and right now, the pain is about the same as before only it would last a few days. This one is non stop until it will be over. My poor wife doesn't know what to do when I hit the 10/10 pain threshold. We are in this together as we used to say the "asshole" used to rule the house. Nobody can say what pain it is unless they have gone through. As a retired Veteran, I have had many surgeries to make me better but this one, take the win. Even tax pains aren't as bad. You'll curse cause you have to pay them but it is over. Not this shit.

Major question. I'm like almost 6 days post-op. Yes, painful but nothing like 5 had nerve pain or prior herniated discs. My question is it suddenly LOOKS like i have an external hemmrhoid and I want to scream. Im doing everything right! Is this normal or swelling or a possible external again? :(

I am planning to have Laser surgery..is the recovery any better?

I recently removed two large hemorrhoids, and I’m afraid I might got it. It’s been almost four weeks, and it’s very hard for me to pass stool. Never had that trouble before. 😢

I’m day 5 . Bowl movement is a kick in the butt literally. I had grade3/4 internal . I’m praying for better days. This procedure is a nightmare 😢

Thank you for your post. Wish I saw it before my surgery. I was told that it was the most painful surgery you can have. It was! I went to the Dr and had one lanced, at month later I developed 2 very large and painful hemorrhoids. Saw the Dr immediately and was scheduled for surgery the next day. 2 things I did after surgery was, use a hair dryer to dry my butt area off after a shower ( set on cool) And when I had a BM ( after the first one that was extremely painful, I had my next BM with my butt in the sitz bath. Sounds gross but it was less painful. At that point I didn’t care what I had to do as long as I wasn’t screaming and crying. Took a long time to heal. Over a month. I’m fine and thankful they are gone and no more pain. Bless you for sharing. People need to know how to deal with this kind of surgery. Best to you. God bless.

Ms. Alejandra Rodriquez, I myself started with blood Oct 30th, 2019. It started regularly then it stopped and became every 2 to 3 months of blood and then coming out every time I went to the toilet. March 26th, 2024 colonoscopy, doctor found hemorrhoids. Since I was told surgery will be need, I had been doing research and video watching. I now know that I haven't been coming out when I go, the hemorrhoid slips out. I have seen different videos on different procedures on removing hemorrhoids but I know that they all hurt afterwards. I am dreading the procedure coming May 1st. They are giving me 4 weeks off from work. I just hope I'll be able to bare the pain until I am all healed up. Like everyone else, I know that I must change my diet. It too will be a difficult journey. At 39, it is time to do so. Much love to you and everyone else who had the surgery and posted comments. ❤

I’m about a month out from my surgery and it really is a surgery that makes you think long and hard about how to never get them again. The best thing to do is keep the stools soft as possible for the rest of one’s life. I can tell you all that make sure you keep the area clean after every number 2 and this is done with a good shower head that can separate from the main shower or take some sit baths you’ll get through it but it does hurt for a few weeks God Bless you all.

@AleOmalley Thanks for the video. I am at day 8 post-op today. I had an external hemorrhoidectomy. Yep, the doctor was accurate when he said the surgery will be very painful. Long story short, thanks for the video, the tips and info was helpful to me. On a side note, I also deal with IBS. I've tried eliminating all types of foods and slowly adding back in, but I haven't figured out the triggers yet. IBS is annoying and when it's bad it has a definite impact on quality of life. Have you figured out anything helpful for your IBS?

Thank you for all this info. I tried to live with mine, but it keeps sending me to the hospital for blood transfusion so I’m having the surgery this Wednesday and I am so nervous. This would be my fifth surgery in the system most scariest one I’ve ever about to encounter, I feel like. Lol thanks for the information again.

Thank you for all your videos. Now day-4 after surgery and recovering. I take sitz bath, ibuprofen n apply ice pack. I can manage pain with above but sometimes I feel excessive pain. Any help?

Did anybody still look like they had hemorrhoids after surgery?

I went into this surgery blind and holy crap was it painful!!!!! I had 3 stage 4 external hemorrhoids and 2 internal hemorrhoids that were bleeding excessively when I would normally go to the restroom. I finally went to the Dr and he recommended this surgery and OMG!! The bowel movement was ridiculously painful!! I was crying like a baby for the first 5 bowel movements I had, however I will say that now that I am in week 2 it does get better. You just need to get over the first couple bowel movements and the pain will gradually go away. Even though while I was in pain I kept saying “I regret getting this surgery.” I am actually glad that I did get it because I don’t have to worry about the hemmys ruining my plans.

Thank you for your videos. I’ve been dealing with this for over 20 yrs. I could not take it. Now I have been to the dr before I had the rubber band 🤦🏽‍♀️. That hurt so bad I never went back. Shame on me for not eating my fiver correctly. I’m 8 days post op. I’m still screaming inside. I feel like it’s getting worse before it’s getting better. 🤷🏽‍♀️. I am doing my own video diary.

Did you get an extended pain control shot like experal which is suppose to reduce pain for upto 72 hours after surgery.

Hello. I know it’s been years since this video was made. But my surgeon is wanting to do this surgery. I had a colonoscopy and EGD done because I’m losing a lot of blood when having bowel movements. They did the banding while doing the colonoscopy. Now they say that I should have the hemorrhoidectomy done. He told me that I will be in pain for a few weeks. I want to know, how long did it take for you to start walking around? And I’m getting everything you mentioned, recticare, donut pillow, the sterile pads, the sitz bath for the toilet, the numbing cream. I’m getting it all honey. I thank you so much for your video. I will be on a liquid diet for at least 4 weeks.

I'm also on my 8th day of hemorrhoidectomy

11 days post op and still try not to cry everytime I sit on the toilet. Sitting in the tub while typing this. Taking prunes and stool softener every day but still the passing feces and air hurts. My 1st couple days didn't hurt still since it was numb but towards the 3rd day was the start and til now, 11 days after still can't walk straight and far.

Hi! I had my surgery almost 2 weeks ago and still recovering. Mine was external hemorrhoid. This is the first time that I looked at my anus in the mirror after 12 days from surgery and it looks really scary makes me wanna cry 😢 i still see the yellow stuff all over it and my anus looks so disorganized and still see some protruding skin like when I had my hemorrhoid. Is it this normal? Did yours go back to how a normal anus should look like?
