Just what I needed today, thank you very much! Holding the hips and groins in this first and last position helped me a lot. Furthermore this area is a so called Safety Energy Locations (SEL) in "Jin Shin Jyutsu" called the Joy Giver 😊. I wish you a nice !!

I look for a couple of things - feel the spines and see if they are too sharp (I tend to like them a little less pointy and more soft rounded). How long is it and how wide? Will it cover your entire back? How many spines are on the mat (circles) and how many spines within each circle? Usually the label will say. More is often better as it distributes your weight more evenly across the multiple spines. You can Google Lens the brand to see comparisons and reviews on the internet as well. TJ Maxx and Marshalls often carry them at much lower prices if you have one of those near you : )

I have recently discovered a New world of myofascial release - triggered by a comment from my physical therapist - at home using KZfaq videos. I loved this one, especially because I have been trying to work through a painful right foot for years and this routine was the first practice that was able to touch it. Thank you! Cute kitty. 😊

Good morning! Holy shmolies, this was challenging, but much needed. Everyone should be doing this IT band yin. I did a 10 min thigh /hip workout ahead of this so maybe that had something to do with it. ❤️🙏❤️

Good morning! It's definitely a space that can get very tight and most people don't stretch it out much in their daily exercise. Would a short yoga practice for IT bands be useful to you? Maybe 15-20 mins focused just on this space?
