Many people are suffering from complications associated with COVID - often referred to as long COVID and many people have reached out to me with requests for practices to support them. First, thank you for reaching out and second, this is the first in a series to support you!
One of the most challenging and often mentioned complications or symptoms was the inability to take deep breaths and get enough oxygenation - resulting in foggy head, tiredness, and more. In this Yin Yoga practice we will be focusing on opening the side body, chest, upper back, shoulders along with using pranayama - circular breathing and more - to help you get the oxygen you need.
Take your time, do what you can, and return to this practice whenever/however you can. Honor your body in the moment and use whatever props, modifications, resting poses you need here.
