This is amazing! We have an OLD arbor press. It has different cut outs at the base plate area. Is that what the base plate is for? Also, I would maybe suggest that people put a small piece of leather under their stamp when they are tapping it up into the attachment. That would hopefully prevent any damage to the stamp from the steel block.(just in case they have a heavier hand than you do 😧) Thank you SO very much. I'm one of the "physical limitation" people you've mentioned. Bless you!🙏🏼

This was very interesting, I’ve actually never seen this done but when I saw that contraption, I had to see what the heck that thing was all about. There is a lot of work that goes into those bracelets, that’s for sure. What got you interested in working with wire and makings the bracelets like you do? Yes, those wires came out looking great. Thank you for taking the time to show us this technique but what are you talking about when you say annealing the wire, I may have missed it in the beginning, I’ll go back and check. Have a prosperous and healthy new year ahead. Thank you for showing us all this work and the ton of information and names of tools etc. soo much information for sure, but there has to be a better way to make that tubing wider, that was driving me nuts with that PVC pipe. LOL. thanks hon.❤❤❤❤❤ I believe annealing has to be when you were tapping it to get it tight and to the correct size. The bracelet came out so awesome, I LOVED YOUR WORK!

Stunning work, a tip for when you have finished making it. Take some beeswax and melt it in between the spaces of the bracelet, and wipe off the excess. What that does is it stops the bracelet from plucking at your arm hairs.

Suzanne, very interesting piece of work. But when I do the same steps as shown, the pattern goes sideways i.e. not in a straight line. What is it I am doing wrong ?? Comments/suggestions would be welcomed 🙂

I know this is a year old. But not to me. It's only about 22 minutes for me. (It's some sort of space time kinds thing. Sound cool, but it's frustrating at times. LMAO) All kidding aside. I met a guy on a job site that made something like these out of welding wire. At the time I couldn't afford what he was asking for them. (I was saving ALL my pay and half my per diem to buy some land and a house.) But, I was able to talk him out of a broken one. Now I'm not sure what type of wire he used or even how to go about fixing it, if it's even possible to. I was going to tig the backside and silver solder the top. Then try to blend it in with a small rotary tool. Is that going down the wrong road, in your opinion? Also, Thank You for posting this!! Watching you do this shows me roughly how he did it. So maybe I'll give it a go myself. Oh and one more thing. And please forgive my ignorance here. Can regular lead-free solder be used, if I need to solder it? I'm not looking to spend a bunch of money on something I'm not even sure I can pull off. Again, Thank You Ma'am!!! 🤠😎

Only thing better than people telling you what you should have done differently is multiple people telling you the same thing over and over again because nobody reads comments before offering up their two cents 😂 This was very informative and enjoyable and I appreciate you taking the time to make a video showing your process.

Excellent Tutorial resulting in a beautifully designed, heirloom quality bracelet . You have a gift for teaching and I am grateful to you for sharing it. I enjoy your straight forward, clear & concise, yet thorough instructions. This tutorial also taught me new information about cleaning and polishing when you want to oxidize your design. I was never sure about what to do first. I tend to have a difficult time getting through tutorials but you had me deeply engaged from start to finish here. Best of all, you've rekindled my desire to create. Thank you, thank you!
