87 and 88 shared the sponsorship. Basically deal was that if the 87 car crashed they jump into this and it's already in the race. And Joe got a additional $50,000 added onto his sponsorship to do this start and park with sponsorship

I hope someday Robby returns for certain races. Running a road course race with him, Dinger, SVG, Elliott, and Reddick.

I love to see this. I'm a big fan of you Colby and i hope to see all your dreams come true. I was/am a big fan of shepherd racing and to see JD helping them out on track is great. I'm sure you know this, but Shepherd also got help from JD in their shop! I hope JD does not shut down and the legacy can continue.

The one thing I like about single car qualifying is that it gives the announcers to discuss all the drivers and teams more openly whether if it’s a low or high budget team. It also gives them a more equal opportunity for TV time and allow sponsor exposure.

I dont think the 22 start and parked, I dont remember Fitz Motorsports ever starting and parking their 22, now their second car which most of the time had the 36 did start and park

To me the downfall of JD Motorsports: 1.) Losing all the Flex sponsors. 2.) Losing Gary Keller. 3.) Hiring Ryan Vargas.

Looking back at the 6 paint scheme's from this year, they were running their 2023 RC car all year. That orange design is from their Chicago car last year.

Currey did get released in 2023. Currey had an average finish of 31 through 4 races.

Interesting about the mandatory good looking car, Norm Benning must've really flew under the radar based on your observation of arca and trucks being turned away on appearance. Also on that note, I remember the 40/89 collab at Watkins Glen 15. Morgan DNQ'd and the 40 was in on points but blew the motor in either practice or quals and no back up. Carl made a deal with Morgan to renumber the 89 to 40 so carl could collect and stay in the points and Morgan would get to run it with his sponsors and equipment. Wayne A (NXS director) after approval told the team "it don't gotta be pretty, just make sure we can read it" in regards to the numbers on the car. The 40 did not have any extra decals so the team used 3 shades of duct tape to turn the 89 to 40.

I started paying attention to JDM in 05/06 when Morgan Shepherd would work with JDM (and kertus working with Morgan's cup team). Eric was my fav JDM driver (RIP buddy) and Landon when he came along. Landon is still one of my favorite drivers. I love how much Morgan and Johnny worked together and helped each other through the years. I miss the JDM 0 car.

Situations like having the TV Deal needing 38 Teams per race is why ARCA should run IXfinity cars. Teams like Venturini and Such could help fill the field out easily.

Arca is so weird this season. Each race is more competitive than in past years, but yet the full-timers might be the weakest EVER in series history. Due to mediocre equipment or bad drivers , not a single one has won yet

I don't miss these fraud teams. And this is one of NASCAR's biggest underdog fans.

i loved this track......... still don't know how it didn't get a cup race and or last long. i mean u can't really use the excuse non exciting racing. though a couple went nearly caution free. purvis one one i think that had an early caution th en went caution free. the year harvick ran the double in 01, there wasn't many cautions either and he got to third with littarlly no help from cautions. (had to start at back because someone else qualified the car) had good racing but oh well. i hear its not there any more
